Can anyone tell me why my LG WM 2487 washer wont turn twa1321195000

Can anyone tell me why my LG WM 2487 washer won't turn on as if it has no power?

Checked the wall outlet and power cord and everything is OK. Dose LG washers have a fuse?

Thanks Nexus. Talked to LG and was told to unplug the unit first and then press and hold the start button for 5 seconds. Plug the unit back into the power outlet and hit the power button. This should reset the built-in computer board and power should come up. If the unit still doesn't turn on, it's time to call an LG service technician to check out the unit.

This also worked for my LG washer model WM3470H, except I didn't have to hit the power button after I plugged it back in, it just came on. Thanks!

Have you checked that your house fuse hasn't blown or circuit breaker tripped? Check your breaker box and make sure the breaker that is probably labeled "Washer" is not tripped.
